Yes. Your private upload link is shown after checkout and will also be emailed to you. You can come back to it anytime until your order enters production.

Most orders are made within 5–7 business days after we receive your photos, plus shipping time. Need it by a date? Mention it in your order notes and we'll do our best.

For crystals we review every photo and contact you if we recommend a different photo or crop. (Digital proofs on request.)

• Use the original file from your phone or camera — not a screenshot or a photo sent through text/Facebook (these are compressed).
• Faces should be in focus, well lit and facing the camera. Avoid sunglasses and heavy shadows.
• For crystals, simple backgrounds work best — we remove the background for you.
• Higher resolution = sharper result. Our upload page warns you if a photo looks small for the size you chose.

JPG, PNG, HEIC (iPhone) and TIFF, up to about 50 MB each. You can upload directly from your phone's camera roll.

Often, yes. Upload all photos and describe what you'd like in the notes box. Complex edits may require a small fee — we'll ask first.

We currently ship within the US. Flat-rate shipping is $7.95, free on orders over $75 (placeholder rates). Crystals are packed in foam-lined gift boxes.

Yes — choose Local pickup — North Port, FL at checkout and pay no shipping. We'll email you when your keepsake is ready to pick up.
