Can you put two pets in one keepsake?

Often yes — upload both photos and tell us in the notes. We'll contact you if a combined layout needs a different size.

How do I add my pet's name and dates?

Choose “Add name / dates” on the product page, then type the wording on your upload page after checkout.

My only photo is old or blurry — will it work?

Upload it anyway. We review each photo personally and will tell you honestly what to expect before we make anything.
