How long does it take?
Made in 5–7 business days after photos are received, then shipped insured. Need it by a date? Add a note on the upload page.
What photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo with faces in focus. Use the original file from your phone — not a screenshot or a texted copy.
Can I add text?

How it's made
We convert your photo into a 2D or 3D portrait and a precision laser etches it deep inside optical-grade K9 crystal — nothing is printed on the surface, so it never fades or peels. Each piece is handmade by our small family studio in North Port, Florida, and every photo is reviewed by a real person before production — if a different photo or crop would look better, we'll tell you first.

Dust with a soft microfiber cloth; glass cleaner is fine. Keep out of long direct sun to avoid magnifying light.
